The property spans 100 acres of riverfront that includes 3000 ft of Clark Fork River frontage. It is centrally located to all the outdoor pursuits the Missoula valley has to offer. Within 15 minutes of the House: Bitterroot River, Blackfoot River, Clark Fork River, our best whitewater in the Alberton Gorge, multiple National Forest trailheads, and Snowbowl Ski Area.
we recently remodeled this house with all new beds, appliances, large flat screen tv, wireless internet, sattelite tv, and western themed furniture As good as the inside looks and feels, it is the outdoor recreation space of a large patio designed to give guests a great time enjoying Montana and overlooking the Clark Fork river.

we are located at the end of a well maintained private road so privacy is at a premium The only neighbors you have are the trout, deer, eagles, ospreys', and the occasional wild turkey.
