Negative: Milamax Villa is a cosy, tucked-away gem in Diani. Shamila the host was exceptional—warm, responsive, and genuinely attentive. She even joined us for a morning HIIT workout when she stopped by to check in, which added a fun personal touch to our stay. We reported a bathroom leak in one of the rooms, and it was fixed within minutes. Chef Hamisi was fantastic throughout; despite several changes to our meal plans, he always delivered well prepared dishes on time. The housekeeping team kept our rooms spotless and fresh every single day. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, great people, and a place we’d happily return to.
