Summary: Villa pilipili is a nice and clean accomodation. The beach is in short walking distance (5 min). Communication with Conny (owner) and Anne (House Keeper) before the trip was good. William the gardener who was our contact at place was very kind and helpful. It would have been nice to have a few basics like salt and pepper in the kitchen.
