Positive: I don't know where to start with listing what I liked about the amazing house. The house itself was spectacular! The view was unbelievable! The kitchen was huge with two ovens, a new refrigerator, huge island, large microwave and great glass top stove. The bathrooms had modern shower rooms with separate toilet and sink areas. The location could not have been better. Sedona is breathtakingly beautiful and this house sits in an upscale neighborhood surrounded by red rock vistas. The sunrise every morning was so impressive I couldn't stop photographing it, even though I had already done it repeatedly. Each morning provided different views from the two large picture windows, including the ability to watch 6 hot air balloons landing on a local golf course. The attached garage was very convenient and the outdoor seating areas were an added bonus.
Negative: The only problem with this house is some small electrical issues. Some of the ceiling fans and lights didn't work. Otherwise the house was perfect.
Summary: This house and surrounding area are absolutely amazing!
