we only allow 1 pet with an additional $100 pet fee to cover extra cleaning For more than 1 dog, please inform us in advance; as it's subject for approval with an additional fee.
★ report damages ★
if anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.
★ no parties ★
no parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.
★ noise & security ★
violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with no refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action
★ cancellation ★
should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.
★ date alterations ★
we understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments) This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
