Positive: Location was great for Stowe, Sugarbush and Mad River Glen. House was spacious and set up perfectly for our family of five, especially the bedrooms which were spread out. There was a new L shaped couch, not pictured in the photos, but clean and comfortable. There were electric fireplaces in two of the bedrooms which were warm. Yard was big and would be perfect for younger kids to play in the snow. House was not too far from a Shaw's grocery store and gas station. Also, Red Hen Bakery was close by.
Negative: We didn't use the first floor half bathroom, just left the door closed because it smelt like there might be a septic issue. Cleaning service was still there when we arrived at 4:15 (apparently there was a late check out). The (ceramic or porcelin?) lining of the kitchen sink was broken but still usable. Wish we could have used the wood buring stove in the kitchen but it had a chain and lock around it.
Summary: We'd go back again!
