This home is safe and secure with a privacy fence all around and automatic gate. This is not a condo, townhouse or apartment. We own the whole block which has 7 homes including a park. All utilities are included along with Wi-Fi and TV Package. The Kitchen has all new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with cookware to prepare meals. This home is turn-key ready to live in.

The process of renting a home is simple and straight forward. No hidden fees or addition charges. We prefer a 3 month minimum rental but other terms can be negotiated. Each home is completely checked over and sanitized between tenants. We provide regular lawn service and repairs are done promptly. Most homes are gated and all are safe and secure.
