the space: our spacious 3rd floor condo, ‘the marquee suite b’, is ideal for groups of 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths located directly on famous and historic king street, location and parking won't be an issue here!
accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up (exterior) stairs, the marquee suite b features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal Living room with high vaulted ceilings, beautiful exposed wood beams and original brick walls features seating and a sleeper sofa. Master Suite features a plush King Size bed with luxurious linens and complete with a full ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms are located up the stairs on the main level (3rd floor in building), with a full bathroom just off of the main living room and bedroom hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat screen TV and Queen sized bed. Our living room features a pullout sofa. Please inquire with the team if you would like for us to drop off a second set of linens for the sleeper sofa. A conveniently equipped kitchenette with basic kitchenware is also located on this main level.
