Outdoors the deck includes table seating and a gas grill. Off the deck in the yard you will find a fire pit and a hammock. The lakeside area includes over 200 ft of wide sandy beach and a private dock.

The neighborhood is a mix of seasonal homes and year round residents. A public boat launch is nearby, and just around the corner are two full services marinas--Starlight and Swinging Bridge Marinas.

we recommend having car for your stay Taxis are available, but ride sharing services are more sparse. Rental car services are available in Monticello. Shortline Coach Bus Service provides service between New York City and Monticello as well.
otisville and port jervis metro north stations are each approximately 30 minutes drive from the house The trip from NY Penn Station to Otisville is about 2 hours. Train access is great if you have members of your group who need to arrive/depart at different times.
