the studio is privately located at the rear of our main residence, accessible via a secure garden entrance Please note that access involves a few steps and an uneven gravel path, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges, including those using walking sticks, wheelchairs, or the elderly.
we’re pet-friendly One well-behaved pet is welcome per stay (pet fee: $100). While the property offers a lovely outdoor space and a nearby dog park within walking distance, the yard is not fully enclosed. For safety, pets must be leashed at all times in shared or unfenced areas. Property owners are not responsible for missing dogs on grounds. Dogs need to be quiet at all times.
