Positive: The view from the living room area was amazing, and it was nice spotting the birds visiting the bushes in front of the property. The house is conveniently located, just a short drive from Apollo Bay.

Negative: The cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms could be improved - there were cobwebs on the ceilings and door frames, and some insects. Additionally, the hot water stopped working from the penultimate day of our stay, which was inconvenient. With some attention to these issues, the stay could be much more enjoyable.
