Positive: Clean, great style. Good location.

Negative: Bathroom fan is loud. Bathroom vanity lights need globes so the fan connected to the main bathroom lights isn’t needed at all times.

Summary: Gorgeous clean and stylish studio. Very accommodating host with easy communication. Will definitely stay here again.
