5 Bedroom House in Manasquan
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this is our fulltime home. We rent out the home when we are able to be away, either traveling or staying in town with family. We are a 5 minute walk to Main St. Manasquan and 1.5 miles to the beach. All guests (besides children) must be ages 27 and up to book (besides children staying with their parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families or small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our home and nearby neighbors. Truly perfect for young families. There is a lovely park for kids behind the house and a nice patio, hot tub (Oct-May), fire pit and grill.
there are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms upstairs Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
one room has a twin sided loft bed with a queen mattress on the floor during the summer months, check with us if you plan to use this mattress and it's outside of june, july or august The second room only has a toddler bed. The third bedroom has double twin sized beds. The last bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bathroom.
downstairs is the playroom which also has a twin sized bed with a twin bed trundle underneath it and there is a full bathroom downstairs as well
guests are asked to bring towels, sheets and pillowcases
we have pillows and blankets for each bed
