we sit on 15 private acres with a gated entrance and we are close to 1774 which is great for getting to and from town, searching for homes or enjoying the renaissance festival in the area and we are close to all the popular wedding venues!
our horses and animals are just all part of the joy of staying at our guesthouse and the privacy is what we all enjoy the most!
we appreciate no smoking or intoxication-we love our place and know you will respect it as if you were in your own home:) we do not host weddings or any parties and only those that booked are allowed on property

our place is 2 miles from the town of magnolia and 3 miles from the texas renaissance festival We are located less than an hour from Round Top,Chappell Hill and right down the road from The Spring Events Wedding Venue,Magnolia Belles, Texas Blue Bonnet wine trails,Bernhardt Winery, Lone Pint Brewery and 30 min from Lake Conroe.
