this large 105 m² apartment is the ideal place for an unforgettable vacation or a work project away from home Located on the 5th (top) floor of a beautiful Haussmann-style 1895 limestone building, it is directly across and high above the Saint Charles train station and offers a view of the Mediterranean Sea from the long, narrow terrace. The apartment is full of light from the 2.5 m tall doors that lead out from the living room and two of the bedrooms onto a long narrow balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissants at a classic bistro table and watch travelers walk down the grand marble staircase from the train station to the city below. All the trains are electric, so the location is relatively quiet and the air quality is good.

The master bathroom has the original sink, bathtub, and shower with their original fixtures from the 1920s, all of which still function.
in addition, you will benefit from 2 separate toilets on opposite sides of the apartment, one with its original sink, for extra practicality and privacy
the fully equipped kitchen features a three-burner gas stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, 4-slot toaster, a nespresso coffee maker and a french press for ground coffee Basic spices (salt, pepper, olive oil, harissa, etc.) are provided, along with a full complement of pans and baking dishware, plates, bowls, glasses & coffee mugs, wine glasses and silverware.
