Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The property was excellently appointed with kitchen items and exceptional on the appliances, bath towels, shower soaps and shampoos, furniture was very nice. Flat screen TV's in all rooms, good supply of games and fun things for all ages in the garage.
Negative: Tree pollen totally covering the deck, outdoor seating benches/tables, chairs, fire pit cover, hot tub cover, grass and weeds over a foot tall in the yard area, found the dryer outside vent cap totally plugged with lint so did not want to use the dryer, brother went over to where his wife was staying at a World Mark property to use their dryer, large amount of dust on the master bedroom ceiling fan blades, in the room with the sofa bed, the mattress was not at all comfortable for an adult, felt the hard bar that ran across the bottom of the mattress, the mattress sheet cover was not clean, the mattress itself had an extensive amount of staining which looked to be urine. Had only 4 chairs for the dining table with no extra padded folding chairs for more than four guests, found 1 folding beach chair in the garage for our 5th person to use at the table.
Summary: All told it was a good stay and served the purpose for our sibling get together.
