is it magic? maybe, but it's pretty close to perfect It's a 50's rock cottage that has been lovingly restored to a simple modern place to relax and reconnect.
best of all it's located on a bluff about 150' above a lake austin cove with some of the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine!
nestled in the westlake hills, just overlooking downtown austin, it's a short 10-15 min ride into the energy and excitement of the city, it's the perfect escape

relax outside the property has several areas with chairs and tables, each is a great place to read a book or enjoy a drink Definitely grab a bottle of wine and watch the sunset from the picnic table overlooking Lake Austin, it's a great way to end a perfect day.
