you will be the sole occupant at the house during your stay, and it will not be shared You can use the home and outdoor property as your own, feel free to use the kitchen and any supplies. The entire house is only for the use of our guests not to share with anyone else.
there are outside security cameras installed above the garage and the backyard porch They are only able to be accessed by ourselves and solely in case of emergency, home invasion, or home problems. All cameras face outward, and there is no surveillance indoors.
no smoking inside please - also only hypoallergenic, well-behaved dogs allowed with permission( we had unauthorized pets recently and they left a mess behind, during COVID-19, we are being extra cautious about providing a wholly sanitized and safe home for our guests).
