Built with exceptional quality by "Sullivan builders" This 3 bedroom 3 bath home is just loaded with modern features and is located minutes from fishing, beaches, golf courses, restaurants and all the fabulous things the Florida lifestyle offers! South Gulf Cove is a really nice quiet upscale home community with miles of scenic bike trails and a beautiful park/picnic area within walking distance of our home.
the master suite is located on it's own side of the house for total privacy! it also has a 50" wall mounted tv with surround sound Master bath has dual sinks with a huge roman walk in shower and a large soaking tub for bubble baths for the kids or a Mom's time out with a glass of wine. It has his and hers closets that are loaded with extra pillows and blankets as well as a extra inflatable air bed with pump. It has direct access to the pool area through sliding glass doors.
2 additional bedrooms both with queen size beds are located on the other side of home They both have wall mounted 50" flat screen Smart TV's and large closets loaded with extra pillows for a relaxing nights sleep after a day of fun in the sun.
the modern open kitchen is loaded with everything you could ever need There are plastic cups for around the pool, a blender for frosty drinks and loads of spices, oils and everything you would need to make a great family feast.
the family room has a fabulous double trey ceiling with overhead rope lighting a 65" 4k smart tv with sound bar w/subwoofer and an a multi color led fireplace
open up the zero clearance sliders that disappear into the wall then relax and enjoy the florida sunshine or take a warm swim in the heated in ground salt water pool with spa Want to just sit relax and read a book? No problem, there are plenty of sitting chairs and chaise lounges for the whole family! Hungry after a day of swimming? There is a propane grill outside in lanai for cookouts with the family.
sit on the dock early morning and watch the sunrise while sipping your coffee or hang out on the dock in the evening with friends and some night time cocktails watching the all the fish jump Might even see a manatee swim by! Fishing rods with tackle and bait buckets are located in the garage and are all free to use during your stay.
