entering the main living level, an open-concept space connects the kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room—ideal for socializing and spending quality time together Just outside is a spacious sun deck, offering picturesque views and perfect spots to savor morning coffee. This level features two primary bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. One of the suites also includes its own coffee bar and mini-fridge for added convenience.
upstairs there are four thoughtfully designed bedrooms Two of these rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms—one with a king-size bed, and the other with a queen and a full-size bed. The remaining two rooms are designed as bunk rooms: one includes two full-over-full bunk bed sets, while the other features a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a triple twin bunk bed. An additional family room upstairs provides a cozy space for movie nights or a relaxing afternoon indoors, while another large balcony offers sweeping canal views to enjoy the island breeze.
