this unit has everything you need (kitchen and bathroom appliances, linen, towels, internet etc) Facilities include private parking, 2 swimming pools, 2 additional separate storage rooms, private beach. The property manager is available on-site, while we are always reachable by email or phone for any issue.
the rates include everything (cleanings, taxes, condominium fees, gardening, security, gas, water, garbage disposal, pool maintenance, internet connection, satellite tv, private parking for both car and bike etc) except electricity.
