This is a very spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom mountain home that offers so much natural light through its large picture windows. The breathtaking view is of the ski hill and Columbia River valley and mountains beyond. Perfect for extended families, multi-families and groups. Neatly laid out over three floors and sleeps up to 10 guests in comfortable king/ split twin beds.
great views from the open-plan main floor which is perfect for entertaining, socializing or just relaxing There is 4 bathrooms and 2 are ensuites. We limit occupants to 10 guests. This is a home for anyone who is looking for an amazing location, comfort and space.

amazing location! this house is located close to the ski trails and bars and restaurants 5 min walk to both! Ski to the Pioneer chair base and follow the track across the car park, on to the cat track and down to our road. It's rare to have to walk home.
this spacious fully equipped kitchen , with custom cabinets and granite work surfaces has all the amenities that you would expect in a luxury home Including electric range, microwave oven , large capacity dishwasher, side by side refriderater/freezer, coffee maker, cooking utensils and tableware. There is a large central island that doubles as a breakfast bar and a separate comfy reading chair. There are oak framed full glass french doors from the kitchen accessing on to the rear patio where patio furniture (tables and chairs) are provided in the summer season. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials such as tea,coffee, spices and oil etc. It is available to all guests to use as needed.
inside the heated double car garage is a dedicated area for ski/board storage with ski rack, heated boot warmers, benches and rubber matting Access to this area is from both inside and outside the house. There is space to park 2 cars in the garage and attitional 3 or 4 cars in the driveway.
skiing and snowboarding is practically on the doorstep In our opinion Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is one of the best ski hills in North America and perhaps the world. This hill has everything -powder, bumps, chutes, bowls, trees, cliffs, cruising blue and green runs, back country, magic carpet, and the most amazing views! It can be as challenging or relaxing as you wish to make your day. it also has the most amazing restaurant at the top of the gondola!
