it's cooled with two powerful air-condition units, one on the ground floor and second on the first floor All windows and doors have anti-mosquito nets.
pool is heated and have electrolysis, inside and outside jacuzzi and outside kitchen with grill
we also have 2500 m2 private garden, air-conditioned private gym and spacious children playground, all exclusively yours to use
children playground has a trampoline, children swings, badminton net, racket and football nets and a ball
villa is fenced and has shaded parking spot for five cars
living room has a large smart led tv with cable channels and cozy sofa, which can be used as a bed for two people
