Welcome to the Overlook! We are excited to share this beautiful view, and home with you. This 3791sqft home on Lake Herrington is a new rental with brand new furnishings throughout. You'll see the lake as soon as you pull into the drive, the view is simply breathtaking. With a large driveway and additional large parking pad complete with electrical outlets for electric cars there is plenty of parking so bring your boat/jet skis. Don't have a boat? There are 4 nearby marinas that offer boat rentals, dining, and activities. The closest is only 3 minutes away! You will walk in the front door to the main living room with vaulted ceilings and views of the lake at every turn. A 70" Smart TV and lounging area is combined with a one of a kind dining table that seats 8. Walk through any of the sliding doors to the main deck for the complete lake view. The main deck offers a gas grill, lounge chairs, gas fire pit, and large dining table that seats 8. The lower deck offers a brand new hot tub that seats 6. The kitchen is stocked, so you can bring food to cook if you want to eat in. There are 2 dining tables to seat 12 plus 2 stools at the kitchen bar. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king size bed, private deck with two gliders, a full bath, walk-in closet, TV and sitting area. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a wonderful lake view along with a bonus sitting room that can be used as an additional sleeping area with an air mattress. Please use caution on the stairs. They are narrow. Please use the handrail. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. One offers a queen bed and the other a twin bed. Both bedrooms are close to the main bathroom. The lower level offers a bedroom with a king bed which walks out to the lower deck with the hot tub. There is also another living room downstairs with a comfortable pullout sofa, 70" Smart TV with Apple TV, and doors which also lead to the hot tub & deck with a wonderful view. Rainy day? There is still a lot of fun to be had here. The hot tub is covered by the deck above. There is a ping pong table in the garage and a workout area. There are board games and card games. All the TVs are smart TVs for your streaming pleasure. :).
