on the ground floor, in the evening-lit garden shared with the other two homes, you will find a heated pool (up to 27°c, closed from november 9, 2024, to march 7, 2025), a relaxation area with sun loungers and deck chairs, either in the sun or under the trees, and a spacious lounge/dining area with sofas, a large tv, a fridge, a coffee machine, dining tables, and showers

the home is fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished, offering all the comforts for a relaxing stay
the kitchen is fully equipped with electric ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, espresso and american coffee machines, a citrus juicer, and an electric grill

the house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the giarre-riposto railway station and only 35 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible.
catania airport is only a 40-minute drive away, easily accessible via the motorway
situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the port of etna and the famous fish market of riposto are only a 20-minute walk away
despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway
