This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy`s most popular wedding and events venues. This apartment was remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplace, beautiful, plastered crown molding and medallions. For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units .
this apartment provides a very large great living/dining room It must have been a ball room in the past. Beautiful marble fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, medallions on the ceiling, all of that gives you a wonderful opportunity to gather together with your party. We have a shared backyard that our guests can use . This apartment is on the second floor of the historical building, first two floors have twelve foot ceilings, therefore expect to climb stairs.
