This stunning custom lakefront home offers breathtaking views overlooking the lake from inside and out on its double deck porches. Nestled among the trees in a secluded area gives you all the privacy you want. Just down the road from the PK hike and bike trails to explore the beauty of the area. Bring your own boat and use the large private double deck boat dock for your boat, lake toys or fishing.
inside this beautiful home you will find 4 bedrooms with 35 baths that will sleep up to 12. Two full master suites make this the perfect for two families or friends looking to get away. On the main floor you will find a gourmet kitchen that opens to the dining area with seating for 8 and family room with stunning views of the lake. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your 5 star meals. Also located on the main floor is the 1st of 2 master suites with a king size bed and its own beautiful ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub. Downstairs you will find the 2nd full master suite with king size bed and its own full ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have a queen bed and twin bunk beds. You will also find a game room with plenty of board games, kid friendly dart board, corn hole, Wii gaming system and a pool table for after a fun filled day out on the lake.
outside on the upper deck you will find a screened in porch right off the kitchen for outdoor dining with seating for 6 Other outdoor dining includes two tables each sitting four. Take a stroll down to the boat dock for fishing and water fun. Both the upper and lower porch allow for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Paddle boards and kayaks available for your enjoyment on the lake. We have a sandbox with lots of toys for the little ones to play and have fun. A fenced backyard to keep your kids and pets safe. At the end of a fun filled day play a fun game of corn hole or ping pong, then gather around the gas firepit on the lower deck or the wood burning firepit down by the lake to roast hot dogs or s’mores. Please abide by the local burn bans and do not ever leave fire unattended.
other amenities include an outdoor weber gas grill and traeger pellet grill An ice machine in the game room, so no need to haul in your own ice bags. For the coffee lovers we have two Keurigs (one upstairs and one down), two espresso machines and a regular drip coffee machine. TV’s in each bedroom, den, game room and outdoor on the lower deck with WIFI and Dish TV. It is also baby friendly with a highchair, booster seat and pack and play. Outdoor heaters for those cold fall or winter nights. We love pets and they are welcome with a pet deposit, please make sure you pick up after your pets, doggie bags provided. We have a bug spray system on all outdoor porches and the boat dock that helps to keep the spiders and bugs at bay.
