you will have access to the whole side of the house! this huge house is actually a duplex, with the other side also serving as a vacation rental Both sides share a garage and driveway, with each side getting one garage spot and two driveway spots. If you need an extra car spot, you can park on the grass in between the driveway in the house, or choose free parking on a side street.

you will be staying in the historic magnolia-wade park neighborhood, and within walking distance to all the activities that university circle has to offer - restaurants, bars, world-class museums, the orchestra… you are also only a few minutes drive to downtown cleveland and edgewater beach
after booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $25000 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
