The Luxe Warehouse is a historic 1940's vintage warehouse located in downtown Dallas. The steel truss frame warehouse has been converted into a unique lodging experience with accommodations for up to 10 guests. The renovation of the warehouse was featured on CNBC's Cash Pad and designed by The Bachelorette's, Jojo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers. The warehouse is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in a unique and luxurious space that is fully climate controlled. The chef inspired kitchen, dining and living spaces embrace the industrial look and feel of the building's 1940's munitions factory origin. The beds feature Purple® mattresses that are sure to provide a good night's sleep. The master suite has an adjustable king size bed with a private bath and claw-foot tub while the second bedroom features four queen sized beds (stacked as bunk beds!). The second bathroom has two showers, two toilets and a trough style sink. The living areas are designed for groups like bachelorette/bachelor parties, family reunions or small retreats with two super comfy leather couches, large 65" LED 4K TV with AppleTV, a large dining table for group meals and meetings. There is a vintage 1961 Brunswick Gold Crown 9 foot pool table and several board games as well. The Luxe Warehouse has laundry facilities in the warehouse. If you need an iron or a steamer, it's available in the laundry room as well. The Luxe Warehouse has an outdoor patio space with cafe style lighting. Smokers are welcome to smoke in this space. The entire property is fenced and gated with a street facing electronic access gate door with a unique gate code for every guest or group. The unique historical nature of the warehouse and the design of the living space allows for a lodging experience where the kitchen, dining and living areas are very open with access to the outdoors. All spaces are insulated and climate controlled for your comfort. The Cedars neighborhood offers many entertainment opportunities on the weekend. Lee Harvey's is a nearby live music venue that has weekend outdoor evening performances throughout the summer with shows usually ending around midnight. The number of overnight guests may not exceed the maximum of 10. Parties are not allowed, unless consent is requested at least 7 days in advance and the following Special Event fees are paid: 11-20 Guests (Including overnight guests): $750 21-30 Guests (Including overnight guests): $1,500 Private chef services are available upon request as well. All guests will be welcomed with a stocked refrigerator and pantry with snacks, bottled water and breakfast items so you don't have to go out right away and stock up when you arrive.
