the property is right off 29 palm highway, so it is very convenient to go around
- dirt road leading to the house, but your car should have no problem navigating
- parkings are all around the house
other things to note
- we are not refilling the gas bbq grill, l so you would have to bring the empty tank to home depot or walmart to exchange due to our housekeeper no longer doing this
the cleaning company charges us $35 per pet per night Please contact the host if you have pets.
- the 5th bedroom is a garage conversion It has two twin sofa beds and a split AC.
- the sofa bed in the garage is a top bed and a pull-out bed at the bottom Each of them is a twin bed.
- please note that we do not provide firewood to use for the two outdoor fire-pits, you would have to bring your own
- we need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclosure Animal comes and scatters all the tra, sh and we get fine from the city. When you check out, please take a picture no trash was left on the premises, and we will return the deposit.
- indoor fireplace is not available for use
-please note that we only do spa cleaning service once a week If you would love to use the spa, please inform us before your arrival and confirm at least 24 hours before check-in. Your share fee will be $20 (spa cleaning service is $50, we pay $30, and guests will pay $20,) and we will make sure that the spa is cleaned for you to use.
-please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use

Summary: PROS: The inside of the house was very clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds as in the pictures. The hot tub was clean, functioned well, and was amazing to sit in while watching the sun set on the mountains. The location is convenient and is mostly secluded, although there is one other home very close. The patio area was nice and shady most of the day. CONS: For such a nicely furnished house, it was odd that in stark contrast the yard was in need of a serious clean up. We found the fire pits to be unusable, as one is extremely unsafely close to the house and the other is poorly made and has a lot of flammable dead plants and plant debris nearby. Neither had chairs as pictured. The sprinkler system is in need of repair and water sprayed up into the air while running. Oddly, none of the windows functioned properly. The locks were missing or broken and the windows were somehow permanently closed. The dishwasher leaked severely, and to add to the inconvenience, the owner does not supply dish towels, Also in contrast to the nice furniture, is a poorly appointed kitchen. For a home that sleeps ten, there is oddly not 10 full sized plates, drinking glasses, nor forks. There is only about 6 full place settings. The cutting board is dirty and broken and many of the wooden cooking and serving utensils are also dirty. It is also odd that the owner does not supply hand towels or washcloths.
