a very friendly neighborhood, there’s always people walking by in the mornings Right in Mueller where there’s tons of restaurants/bars, and only 10 minutes from Downtown and Domain.
getting around:
drivable everywhere and lots of ubers/lyfts but we recommend the dockless scooters for a bold way to experience austin! that's how we travel in austin!

please know that all cozysuites properties are smoke-free environments Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with CozySuites' coverage! The $35 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.
to abide by all legal requirements and hoa rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo id, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

noise policy: guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
