for your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:

please be considerate of the neighbors and bring all the gatherings inside the house after 9 pm
if any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us You may be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.
once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves
* if something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours
if you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the "garbage table" placed inside the house
we understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
pool cleaners always should be connected, for not following this rule a fine of $500 will be issued to the guest!!!
