Wellfield Lodge is a lovely, light, modern apartment suitable for a couple who wish to explore Seaton and its surroundings and enjoy walking. It is adjacent to our home,Wellfield, on the edge of a quiet, established residential area of Seaton, backing on to the countryside. The accommodation is bright, airy and tastefully furnished.
bedding and towels are provided There is one double bedroom, with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers & French doors opening onto a small balcony with sea views. Off the bedroom is an en-suite with shower, washbasin and toilet. The living area and fully equipped kitchen are open plan and includes a gas cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a two-seater sofa and armchair, with a coffee table, TV with DVD player. WiFi is available. French doors lead out onto a decking area with a wonderful view to the fields and woodland beyond. There is a table and chairs and two sun loungers. Steps down from the decking lead to a secluded private sunny patio with a four- person Jacuzzi hot tub for the exclusive use of guests. Off road parking on private drive.
