the peninsula house is one of the most uniquely located houses on lopez island This 3 bedroom, 3 bath modern house with Lopez charm sits next to Fisherman Bay land preserve on a private sandy beach. You can enjoy the 180-degree views from any 3 decks on this 3 story home. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the main floor open up to views of the Salish Sea and surrounding Islands. This kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal, with lots of room and seating for everyone. Watch the sunrise from your bed in the luxurious master suite, or soak in the master suites jetted tub! This house is ideal for groups and families with extra sleeping areas in the top floor loft, next to the master suite and bath. A futon on the ground level area, next to the 2 queen bedrooms and shared full bath. Both queen bedrooms have views and private entryway to the patio and outside area. The fourth bedroom is easily located on the main floor, near the kitchen, dining area, laundry room, full shared bath and TV room.
