sleeping 8 guests comfortably, with a roaring fireplace, open plan kitchen and living area, you will feel yourself unwind as soon as you walk in the door full of character and warmth, you can enjoy any of the four bedrooms, outdoor dining area with bbq, fully fenced yard for your family pet to run around, and even two kayaks for the adventurous!

master bedroom: queen bed, built-in robes, large ensuite with spa-shaped bathtub, shower and toilet
second bedroom: queen bed and office nook, ceiling fan
third bedroom: tri bunk (double bed and single bed above), balcony out to the bbq area
there is another room which is shared with the laundry (which is tucked away behind doors) creating a private space opening up to the outside balcony There is a futon couch which can be made into a single bed if required. Please advise if you would like to use this bed during your stay.

north beach is patrolled and there is a boat ramp very close to the house – boats welcome! only 600m to the mylestom bowling club, and a 20 minute drive to sawtell coffs harbour area Pets are permitted at the Ronnie’s Cottage. A 100 per pet applies and agreement to our pet policy. Guests must advise of any pets at the time of booking. Linen and bath towels are provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels.
