is looking for an economical stay, and is ok with angled ceilings and smaller
spaces this unit is perfect we are right on the beach with a fenced in yard
and we are pet friendly
as is typical with attic units, it has angled ceilings and is perfect for
those who do not need an abundance of space this loft/studio has one queen
size bed it is ideal for a beach-loving couple looking for a budget-friendly
space
you will have your own private entrance and deck it has a large smart tv,
high speed wifi and off-street parking
we are also pet friendly with a fenced in yard
the house was built in the early 1950's and can have typical flaws associated
with an older home if you are in need of perfection, this may not be the
perfect property for you however, if you want to be on the beach in an
economical way, this unit is ideal for a couple as there is only the one queen
bed
we have a shared backyard that is fenced and perfect for the little ones (two
legged as well as four legged) to run and play the yard is shared with the
main house below, so please keep it clean and pick up after your dogs!! the
beach is just on the other side of the dune and is visible with a beautiful
view from the deck/porch
parking is right outside your door
one parking space, but if you will be traveling in two cars, we do have some
additional parking next door
