Located on the shores of Lake Norman in Mooresville, this spectacular property offers total privacy, panoramic water views, and high-end amenities designed for both relaxation and recreation.
from the moment you arrive, the setting invites you to slow down and enjoy Sweeping lake views greet you through walls of glass as you step into the grand foyer. Just off the entry, a main-level queen bedroom offers convenience and comfort, while the open-concept layout unfolds into a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for group gatherings. The living room features two plush couches, a fireplace, and a large TV—framed by expansive windows overlooking the water. Step onto the screened-in porch and sink into the new outdoor sectional or chaise lounge, or gather around the dining table as the sun sets over the lake.
