Spend the day at the beach, enjoy a drink by fire pit, or lounge in the bright, airy living room β this is the ideal spot for you to relax + rewind.
the house is located on the lower grand lagoon, which is a coastal neighborhood that provides that beachy and nautical vibe A short 5-minute walk will bring you to Rick Seltzer Park β a free and undeveloped public beach access that will bring you right to the sugar sand beach of your dreams. Here you will find preserved vegetated sand dunes that have been marked as a spot for environmental education and is one of the only spots that you can experience the natural Emerald coast without the usual high-rise condo.
