enter in to the expansive original cabin like living space Rustic wood vibes abound. Lounge on the spacious sectional sofa or one of the many accent chairs or futon. Desk space for working remotely. Ample books and reading materials and guest full bath near by.

back covered porch:

the neighborhood is quiet, rural, with dazzling sunsets and spectacular night skies As the rest of Marfa, it's super safe. In fact doors are never locked but of course can be. There's a lovely park down the road with playground, baseball diamonds, basketball and volleyball courts, skate pipe, municipal covered swimming pool, and endless walks nearby. The rumble and whistle of passing trains can be heard in the distance. A reminder of how the frontier pushed West and Marfa came to be.
getting around:
you can pretty much get around anywhere in marfa by foot, bike, and of course car Long spectacular walks or drives are available in every direction.

the building to the east of property (about 20 yards away) is our artist studio that we do rent out as well The building features an Artist storage between the two properties.
