This traditional farmhouse is set on a hilltop with total privacy and un-interrupted views over open fields to the front and with a south-facing pool. It is situated just 3kms from the medieval village of Caylus which has shops, mini supermarket, bakeries, bars, restaurants, post office, pharmacies and leisure activities (including tennis courts and lake for picnics). The historic market town of Villefranche de Rouergue is approximately a 20 minute drive with all main supermarkets and commerce.

There is ample parking to the rear of the property as well as a small garage. A large stone terrace area and separate wooden decked area are set directly in front of the property for dining, with views to pool. The house has been very tastefully renovated to maintain many original features (exposed stonework and ceiling beams, original eviers, etc), whilst at the same time being extremely well-equipped with top of the range facilities and furnished to a modern, contemporary style. A light and spacious fully equipped, open-plan kitchen/dining room, a lounge with lots of easy seating and a separate TV lounge with a wide range of 'free to air' channels, DVD player and various game consoles.
