it has a deck huge wrap around deck that provides a view of the beach, ship channel and intracoastal so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset It is a spacious 1050 sq. ft. home with a moderately sized open concept living area. This house has a perfect location right off of the ship channel which makes for a prime spot to watch super tankers, egrets hunting baitfish and makes watching other wildlife in their natural habitats a great learning experience.
