Positive: The house is beautifully remodeled, spacious, and has great security. The backyard, patio, and pool are a perfect place to relax. If the house was in a better neighborhood, I'd rate it a 10.
Negative: The area seems to have a lot of police activity: we heard sirens every night, and there was a police helicopter circling the area one night. Also, we were further away from LA than we expected, so traffic was a major issue.
