Looking for a large sunny home with stunning panoramic views over Bream Bay and Ruakaka Beach? With an open plan living, an indoor-outdoor flow, stunning views, high stud ceilings, beautiful panel detailing, kent fire place and loads of seating and comfortable bedrooms, and space to relax, this holiday home will suit groups large and small. With a spacious rumpus with billiard table, table tennis (old), lawn and trampoline, lots of parking and an elevated position on the Bream Bay slopes. Not at the Ritz Hotel standard (you would pay more for that) but a much enjoyed Kiwi family holiday home. Although listed for 10, this fully fenced property can comfortably sleep more than 10 by separate arrangements. what are you waiting for?
