Sunny and spacious home on the water with private dock and private roof patio. Home has modern appliances, new bbq, new washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens and bath tub. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views of the water.Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patio is great for breakfast next to the water. 3 full bedrooms with attached full bathrooms WiFi speeds of up 1 Gigabit in most of the Home. Lots of sunlight and amenities including kayaks and 2 bikes. Beach wagon, beach towels, and chairs if desired. Ground floor bedroom is easily accessible for elderly persons.
