if you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated.
-pets - we do allow allow pets with host approval If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $50 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet) The back yard is fully fenced.
