at the front of the villa, a small path leads you to a private gray sand beach, only 45 meters away, with a 180° unlimited view of the deep blue sea of the saronic gulf, hydra island and other inhabited islands
several restaurants are 2 to 3 kilometers away In Ermioni (less than 10 km away) there are many restaurants, supermarkets, weekly fresh markets on Thursdays, ferries to and from Athens and nearby islands, and boat rental services with or without a skipper. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes by car. A wide sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
