The complex has a backup generator and water so outages are not a problem. Comes equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, A/C, dining room, BBQ, washer, dryer, linens, television, ihome, wireless internet. Sleeps 8 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunk beds). 2 full baths, 2 half baths. Recently installed a small home office for those who need to work from home during the day.
