A four season three bedroom fully stocked home is ready for your family. Outside living includes a deck, screened side room, dock, large yard and fire pit. Our large dock is great for fishing, sunning or swimming. Or enjoy the lake with our canoe or paddle boat. The country club is a quick walk down the road, Letchworth State Park a quick drive. Other local attractions include the Charcoal Corral with Drive-in and putt putt golf, Wine Bar, Brewery, apple orchards, antiques and great restaurants. Downtown Perry hosts a farmers markets on Saturdays. We have WiFi, air conditioning and heat in the winter. Enjoy Silver Lake this year!.
