we are so excited to introduce you to ro's lakehouse, on the beautiful lake poygan RO's is situated on a private 2 acre lot on a small Chanel with dock to Lake Poygan. Perfect for fishing, water sports, ATV, Snowmobiling, etc! The Lake house is an escape from the everyday, but yet so close to Winneconne, Oshkosh and the Fox cities.
there is plenty of yard and water for all your activities!
ro's lake house has been newly renovated with an open concept for gathering! when you walk in the home you will see the big windows with a wonderful lake view
you will see the large farmhouse dinning table off to your right, which is large enough for all 12! it is the perfect table for playing games and making memories at! it was hand made by my father, so enjoy <3 we have
from the living room there is a large balcony deck with a outdoor dinning and grilling area, and stairs to bring to ground level
the kitchen has brand new custom cabinets and new appliances The storage is huge! The essentials are provided... coffee maker (filters too), pots, pans, dinnerware, drink ware, cooking pans, mixer, basic seasonings etc.
the main bedroom is on the first floor with a huge picture window overlooking the water, you will just want to lay in bed! the 2 bedrooms with full size beds and trundles are on the second floor, and the 4th bedroom is in the walk out basement with windows facing the water
the open stairway right outside the kitchen area brings you to the lower level which has 1 bedroom, one bathroom, laundry room and access to backyard The bathroom downstairs has a shower, and plenty of space. The laundry room has brand new commercial size washer and dryer.
when you walk outside the basement, the deck has rain-shield to keep you dry from the rain, with outdoor seating then there is a fire pit area in the yard, and plenty of space for yard games!
the dock is 20 ft, boats can be stored on for your whole stay! the boat landing is one road away

the home is on a long private road there are neighbors on the lakeside, but a good distance with trees for privacy!
towns are close, oshkosh and appleton winneconne offers your basic needs {restaurants, groceries, odds and ends}
pets are welcome, but we only allow dogs due to owner allergies We allow maximum of three dogs per stay.
