Boat slip use 24 hours at a time and ramp use - security card available to use during your stay.

Plenty of comfortable seating to gather and enjoy each others company. Gaming /Card table for eight comfortably, Billiard Table, Dart Board Game . Be sure to see indoor conveniences at bottom for packing hints.
outside: the covered patio and covered boat lift has an automatic mosquito, bug, spider spray that sprays at night to make your day playtime even more comfortable Two patio doors (kitchen side & master bedroom) give exit to entertaining, kitchen area, gazebo with swim/spa. This total entertainment area boast 1,320 square feet with a total of 6 fans (4 fans in main area, 1 in kitchen and 1 over spa) to keep everyone comfortable on warm days in this gathering space with 2 TV's that are on separate routers to allow for 2 different viewing so no fighting over programming and 2 fridges give easy access to cold drinks. The kitchen has full outdoor amenities for cooking. The bar has 4 bar height chairs on kitchen side and opposite sharing the same huge bar is counter height seating for another 4. Smoking is permitted outside only. In main seating area we know your group will fight over the 4 premium swivel chairs because our family fights for them every time. Also a table that seats 6 is on patio or we have often used this table for more serving area as buffet.

lakeside: covered boat lift and open side docks Easy to use entry for elderly or pet ladder into lake. Those of your group that are sun seekers have a 22 x 16 foot sun deck lake side. Fish right off this deck or the boat dock just a few steps away.
parking: double driveway provides plenty of parking As is we can get 6 of our vehicles in drive. WARNING: The streets are narrow and boats are being pulled through to reach the Marina so NO STREET PARKING. Ask if you might need more space for parking.
lake and boat house amenities: off our front yard (lakeside) the lake is designated as no wake zone so water craft are required to slow enough to not create a wake This makes swimming and playing in lake at dock safer. Water level is usually about 3-4 feet at bulkhead and about 7- 8 feet at ladder off pier. Boat slip areas are much deeper to accomodate watercraft. You will find a convenient outdoor shower on the side of the boathouse for you to rinse off right after you jump out of the lake. There is area for you to tie your jet ski right off the dock or use boat slip to right of our boat lift.
conveniences: there are hair dryers in all bathrooms, plenty of beach towels so no need to bring any Lots of pillow types to choose from but bring your favorite if you are particular. No need to spend your valued time packing just to get away for some deserved fun & relaxation. Shampoos, soaps, TP and just about everything is provided for you. We even have cotton balls and Q-tips for you here! BABY/TODDLER/Graeco crib, playpen, changer. Booster seat for bathtub or chair.
